She was reportedly snatched through an open car door window by a white or hispanic man who held out a piece of paper to her and said, "give this to your mom." She was found 8 miles away, 2 hours later, in a state of undress and had been sexually assaulted

I am so happy this guy was captured! Now this little baby and her family can get justice and the neighborhood children can go back to feeling safer.

Daniel Santucci, Jr., 23, is who this is. He attempted to murder her by throwing her in a large pond, then attempted to stage his own disappearance and fled to Florida. They also found child *advertiser censored* in his possession. This monster better never be set free.
