Robert has been diagnosed with dementia.
He was last seen at his home at 1002 Birch St. in New Ellenton at approximately 7:30 p.m. on April 6.
Smith does not have access to a vehicle and would be traveling by foot.
Two weeks ago, he walked away from home and was found in Lexington. His family believes that he was trying to get to his former residence in Batesburg and he may be headed that way again.
