CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
The Cleveland Police are investigating a homicide at 635 East 93rd Street. Police said the suspect did broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.

East 102 Street - East 108 Street in Cleveland is on lockdown. Cleveland Clinic is on stand by for mass casualties.

Suspect is in this case is Steve Stephens:

He is described as a black man
6'1" 244 lbs.
Bald with a full beard
Wearing a dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt.
White or cream colored SUV.
He is considered armed and dangerous. If seen call 9-1-1, do not approach the suspect.

Police and EMS are swarming the Cleveland State area,take precautions and do not approach Stephens.

All surrounding suburbs have been notified for assistance finding Steve Stephens. He shot and killed a man on FB live.

he just drove up to a random old man and shot him.

hopefully they find this coward soon and end him.

the one in the video yeah, which i will not be watching.

in the other video (which is disturbing but not graphic, its just him talking) he is so calm and matter of fact it is scary. i dont think he is crazy i think he is a sociopath and evil.

I cannot imagine how he could have killed the people he claims to and no one notice. I hope he's making that up.
The poor old man had to be someone's grandpa :( Prayers to his family.
 
The city has been on high alert for the past two hours, with police swarming several areas and putting lockdowns in place.


The highly-distressing footage starts with a man driving while filming heard saying: “Found me somebody I’m about to kill… this old dude.”


He then stops the car and approaches the elderly man – whom he doesn’t appear to know – in the street, saying: “Can you do me a favour?”

He then asks the elderly man to say a name, saying: “She’s the reasons this is about to happen to you.”


The shooter then asks the man how old he is, before pointing his gun at the man who holds his hands up in fear.


He then pulls the trigger and the elderly man falls to the ground, with blood pouring from his face down the pavement.
