Police have requested the public's help in locating Spencer Budde Junior, who may be with his non-custodial father.

A Missing Endangered Person Advisory was issued shortly before 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

BOZEMAN, Mont. - The Montana Department of Justice canceled a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for a 2-year-old named Spencer Budde Jr.

Officials say the child has been found safe.

Interesting from reading my link above it states the child was turned over(found) and after reading your link it ust says found.
