Her family last saw her at her home. She does not have a cellphone and usually travels on foot. She is 5'4" and 128 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a Capricorn symbol tattooed on her neck.

Her mother posted fliers and spoke to people on Florida Ave, where Nichole is known to spend time, according to the article at the above link. I'm not saying she involved in these activities, but Florida Ave in Hemet is known for drugs and prostitution. If Nichole is not involved in those activites, she might have come into contact with someone who is and something nefarious could have happened.
 
Nichole Dillard was last seen leaving her apartment March 16 and getting into a silver or gray sedan, possibly a Chrysler Sebring.

Nichole had been staying at the Greentree Apartments on Devonshire Avenue with her two children: Her 23-year-old daughter and 21-year-old son. She wasn’t employed and had not been taking medication for her bipolar disorder.

Nichole has left the apartment before, sometimes for a period of days and sometimes for as much as a week.
But this time has been different, according to Katrina Rowe, 54, mother of Nichole. She said Nichole would not be away from her home and out of contact for such an extended period of time. She said people in the area have told her they recognize Dillard’s face, but haven’t seen or talked to her in a while.

Hemet must be a dumping ground for sex offenders. It's loaded with them. I hope someone has checked all the offenders in the area to see if any of them were driving a silver sedan at the time of Nicole's disappearance.

There is an interactive map at this site, that expands by area. It's disturbing how many RSO's are packed into such a small area.

Rumor has always been that Hemet and its neighboring city get paid by the county/state to "take" sex offenders. I just think the relatively low cost of living drives them to Hemet. There are also a few shelters in the area. I have no idea what a shelter's policy would be for taking in an SO. I also don't know how you could prove someone is a SO. I imagine you could provide the shelter with a fake name and claim to have no identification. But again, I have NO idea how shelters work.
 
Isn't Hemet where the scientologists imprison people? Not that there's any evidence she's a scientologist, but I'm not surprised there are a lot of RSOs there.

It's actually San Jacinto, but the show says Hemet. For some reason a city with roughly 30,000 people doesn't seem to count. ;-) I don't live too far from the compound and drive right past it on a regular basis.

Do we have any idea where or what she did during her time away from home before? Who she stayed with? Has this been covered on local TV news at all? Tia.
