We’re asking for the public’s help to find missing 27-year-old Bristol woman Anna Lewis.

Anna, who lives in Fishponds, was last seen at a work placement in Southmead on Friday 14 April. She was reported missing yesterday morning (21/4).

Her disappearance is out of character so we’re growing increasingly concerned for her well-being.

We’re issuing CCTV images showing the last confirmed sighting of missing Bristol woman Anna Lewis.

We’ve now established that 27-year-old Anna, who lives in Fishponds, was last seen leaving Southmead Hospital at 12.15pm on Thursday 13 April.

Anna, a trainee nurse studying at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), was working at the hospital on placement.

I've had a "walk" on google maps around the hospital and the grounds are absolutely massive. I imagine officers would be going through cctv from the grounds and from bus companies to establish what way she left. There is a bus you can get straight from the hospital to Clifton.

A trainee nurse who went missing from Bristol has been reportedly seen 10 times since a search for her began.
Anna Lewis, 27, who lives in Fishponds, was last seen leaving Southmead Hospital on 13 April.
Avon and Somerset Police said they were increasingly concerned for her welfare and specialist teams were searching in north and central Bristol.
Ms Lewis is described as white, about 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with brown eyes and long dark brown hair.
Det Insp Roger Doxsey, who confirmed foul play was not currently suspected in the case, thanked the public for their support and said all potential sightings are being followed up.

He said officers are concentrating on remote outdoor areas as Ms Lewis, who tends to wear her hair in a low ponytail, was known to go on camping trips.

How awful for the family, to be far away and not be able to help. 10 sightings sound positive, although only if it's actually her.

I wonder if it will turn out she was just camping for a few weeks. Although surely she would have booked time off work for that, which would have been picked up by the police
 
Sightings can be very unreliable but I suppose the police don't have anything else to go on.

Surely if she had gone off camping she would have gone home to pick up a tent first.

Can't find any more news/updates for Anna this morning.

I hadn't heard of this case until I came here. Have friends in the Bristol area who hadn't either!
Will update if I find/hear anything.

Hope she is found well.
