Found Safe Canada - Christian Federico, 22, Whitby, Ont, 23 April 2017

Police said Christian Federico, 22, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences is located at 700 Gordon St. in Whitby. Police said it’s not known where Federico was heading, and they didn’t find him when they searched the area.
Federico is a white man, approximately five-feet-eight-inches tall, and 135 pounds. He has brown hair and is unshaven. He was wearing black pants, black-and-white running shoes, and a blue Nike sweatshirt when he disappeared.

“My precious son Christian is still missing,” said Federico’s mother, Teresa in a Facebook post. “I am literally dying inside. I miss him so much.”

“He did not run away from home,” she said. “He is ill and left the hospital. Please help me find him. My son is so undeserving of this horrible illness he has. He is so thoughtful and caring. We miss him and love him and want him home safely.”
Since the family is from Bolton, Federico explained online that Christian is not familiar with the Whitby area.

Members of the public are asked not to approach Federico if they see him, but to call police at 1-888-579-1520.

The missing 22-year-old male from Whitby was located, safe and sound this afternoon.

The DRPS would like to thank the media for their assistance with this investigation. Please remove all images of the Missing Person from circulation.
