Kinda confusing, on the find the missing website it first says boat and truck were found then says boat was not found. Could the boat have sunk? Were they running from anyone that would cause them to start over somewhere else?

I’d say just the boat is missing along with the father & son.

Why did the truck have an unknown FL tag? Meaning it had a tag but was fake? Unregistered? Old tag or stolen tag? Did the boat trailer have a valid tag?

What happened to the other 2 people? ETA: never mind I see now that all 4 men are missing.
Two other black males accompanied them: Mr. Dewitt Lewis and Mr. Benny Gaskins.

“The boat trailer was located at the marina, along with the truck, a green 1969 Ford pick-up F-100, with an unknown Florida tag.”

I have the impression that these men were captured by another larger ship, perhaps pirates, and if they were not killed the day they were captured, they were taken to a foreign country. Rest in peace.
