The Overland Park Police Department is seeking the public's help to find a missing 27-year-old woman.
Marilyn R. Chaney was last dropped off at Oak Park Mall in the 11200 block of W. 95th Street Thursday, April 27.
She has not been seen or heard from since.
Chaney does not have access to a vehicle, and her cellphone is not activated.

Looks like she has a lot of tattoos on her arms, which isn't mentioned in her description.

1. Who dropped her off?

2. Was it confirmed she was seen there other than the person who dropped her off?

3. Phone "not activated" seems different than phone "off"... has her phone literally been disconnected? Or was it not activated/ disconnected prior to her disappearance. If her phone isn't "activated" to a network, if she has a smarthphone she can still use it when connected to wifi.

I think "not activated" is peculiar word choice and may be of significance.

4. Does she live with her parents? Or they just can't get in touch with her?
