Police searching for family kidnapped from High Point Terrace, blood found in home

Police think the family may be heading to northern Mississippi since they have relatives there.

MPD said they were possibly traveling in a 2010 Nissan Maxima, however, that vehicle has been located. Police are now looking for a Black 2009 Chevy Silverado with Tennessee plate J3418W.

FOX13 learned this is not the first time police have been called out to the home.

According to an affidavit from Jan. 18, Randall Foster came home drunk around 4 a.m., woke his wife up, and started punching her. He also grabbed her by hair and pushed her around.

The victim declined transportation.

How crazy, so the father didn't live with them, then? How sad, I really hope this doesn't end like the Mcstay family.

I have a feeling that while they may be home, they are not at all safe. Not with that man around.

This family has been through a lot.

A 22 y/o son of Randall Foster, Jakob Foster, died only about 10 days ago in Memphis. The family's social media posts suggest it could have been a suicide. It sounds like the death occurred "at home," but not clear if it was the family home or if Jakob lived at a different location In Memphis.

So it sounds like maybe Mr. Foster was misbehaving, scared his family, so they fled. And since he's missing and they are concerned for his safety, maybe he is suicidal? I hope he gets the help he needs!!

WOW. This poor family!! How tragic. And to lose a son... Very sad.

The man who investigators falsely believed to have abducted a woman and her two children has been located.

Randall Foster Sr. had been missing overnight following an urgent 911 call that was made from his house.

I hope this family gets the intervention they need and that the children are protected from anything further. It is just not fair to put children through the trauma.
