Deasha Hicks was expected to return home on May 3 but did not. Her calls are going straight to voicemail, and her Facebook page has been deleted.

Deasha Hicks was last seen leaving her home on Mellowood Drive, off Bluff Road, on April 28.

Hicks is on prescribed medication, which she did not take with her and is cause for concern.

She is African-American, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sundress.

Every article I've read says she left home on April 28 and was supposed to return on May 3...where she went/intended to go for that time away is crucial. I'm assuming these sites just published the police press release, I hope a reporter picks this up and starts asking questions so people in areas where she was supposed to be can search for her.

Not sure if this was reported to the mods but from the link posted above by Lalipop the article says-

Richland County Woman no longer considered missing.

Deputies are no longer on the lookout for a Richland County woman who went missing late last month.

Deasha Hicks, 20, contacted her family Tuesday, according to a news release from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.

The department reported Hicks is not being held against her will and “the family is comfortable in knowing where she is,” the release stated.
