Mary Rebecca “Becky” Osborne, 46, was last seen on Sunday, May 14. She was dropped off on Hale Gap Road, about 3 miles from the Kentucky/Virginia state line in the Eolia community of Letcher County.

Osborne is approximately five feet tall and weighs about 105 pounds. She has blue eyes and straight, brown hair. She was last seen wearing a brown, long-sleeved t-shirt with blue jeans and gray tennis shoes.

She was last seen May 14 when someone dropped her off on Hale Gap Road, about three miles from the Kentucky line in the Eolia community.

The Wise County Sheriffs Office and other officials continue to search for Becky Osborne, 46, without a lot of additional information coming to light since she went missing.

Sheriffs office Maj. Grant Kilgore wrote in a Wednesday email that the department has been distributing a missing person poster since mid-May.
Meanwhile, he wrote, we have received and processed numerous leads with none delivering any positive results at this time on the whereabouts of Osborne. Family, friends and acquaintances have been interviewed during the course of this investigation with no new information on her location.

Police and the Black Diamond Search and Rescue group have searched private properties, wooded areas, ponds and roadways in the Hale Gap area, Kilgore noted. Virginia State Police helicopters have conducted aerial searches and police dogs have been employed, again with no positive results, he said.

Quite a distance between Virginia and Mississippi, but the vital stats match. The only thing I don’t see is mention of any prior surgeries for Mary Rebecca...

She has a healed surgical scar on her abdominal region and a metal rod in her right femur from a previous injury.
