The Mobile County Sheriff's Office released surveillance video from a Mississippi Dollar General showing 16-year-old Brian Parker, who went missing on Tuesday (May 23).

The MCSO released the video from inside a Dollar General in Lucedale, Mississippi. According to MCSO, it shows the missing Parker with a man MCSO took into custody on Wednesday (May 24) afternoon.

The suspect, Matthew Moberg, 22, is seen in the video wearing an orange shirt, MCSO says. When deputies attempted to talk to Moberg at his workplace yesterday he fled and ended up breaking into a home in the Wilmer area.

Moberg was eventually taken into custody and is being questioned about Parker's whereabouts.

Parker was last seen on Glennwood Road in the Wilmer area. He has maroon hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing black and white swim trunks.

Authorities said he has three tattoos: a heart with wings on one of his shoulders, the number seven on his right arm and a compass on his right arm.

I'm really surprised that authorities haven't said anything about a possible connection between Brian's and Justin's cases. Both Brian (a 16-year-old) and Justin (a 17-year-old) went missing from Semmes, and the suspect in Brian's case, Matthew Moberg, worked there until he was captured on Wednesday. IMO it sounds like he may have been curious and met a male online that talked him into leaving. I pray he is ok and will go home to his mom.

I do not see anything like this in Brians case as far as i have read. But i do think is very weird how two young men went missing in the same county. I will be posting what i know in Justins case on his thread as soon as i can and will check to see if i can find any connections to the two cases other then both boys missing from the same county
 
No bond for suspect arrested in connection with missing teen

Moberg is currently in Metro Jail and has charges pending for Obstructing Governmental Operations, Burglary 2nd Degree, Probation Violation and Attempt to Elude Police. Moberg has an arraignment scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th.

Moberg was already on probation when he was apprehended by authorities in Semmes on Wednesday.
Moberg was released from prison in February after being convicted of conspiracy to kidnap and conspiracy to murder.

I really do think this guy is responsible for Justin too. If so, I hope finding Jesse leads to Justin.

We're told the search will move into Mississippi near Lucedale. Investigators couldn't tell us why, but are revealing a new puzzle piece in this mystery: Moberg's truck.

Well Brian Def seemed to be very close to/ leaning on/ touching Matthew. So his gig could be luring younger boys who show same sex interest. It could be sexual or possibly hate crime motivated. But I can Def see a link here. Brian was "with" this guy. He waant v targeted as a stranger in the store

Quite a few photos of Brian and Matt together since the latter's release from prison (on Feb. 3rd, he posted, "Its (sic) been very very long 3 years guys ...," though he must have been allowed to post from inside prison, too, including a photo of himself and another inmate in a field surrounded by tall fences from April 2016).

Personally, I do feel sexual tension between Brian and Matt in some of the recent photos, particularly in a series of photos Matt posted of him giving Brian a tattoo, and the one with caption "Going to church with Jessie Parker."

Brian and Matt both appear to be avid gamers, and so is Justin Brown, according to his mom. I really feel that Matt knows where they both are.

wow, the kidnapping charges - just strike me as so odd for someone so young.

Regardless, both of these young men need to be found, no matter what. Sounds like the suspect, MM, knows a lot and is purposefully withholding. So sorry for you both, Brian and Justin...

So both Jesse and Justin are missing, no one has seen them. Same area. Gamers. Possibly open to experiences with other men. And there is foul play and a suspect in one. ..... yeah, I'm worried. Unbelievable.

This is a very tragic story and this question is going to seem way out of place..but is the togune sticking out somehting comin in the youth now,,or is it a sign of something to others..my first thought when seeing his first picture was maybe he had a mental disability.

I'm not sure if its a trendy thing with younger males, definitely females but usually their tongue is hanging out like a dog. But yeah this is one where I thought, wasn't there a better picture than that? Sad to say but it seems like the more attractive the pictures are, the more interest there is in the person's disappearance. Anyway, hoping this young man is ok but it sounds likely he has met with foul play :(
