PRESS RELEASE
MISSING PERSON:

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information as to the whereabouts of Connie Adele Eller. Mrs. Eller is missing and was last seen on Friday May 26th, 2017 near a residence on Emanuel Road in Rockwell, NC. Mrs. Eller is a white female, 28 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs. She was wearing blue jeans, a light blue tank top shirt and brown open-toed sandals when she went missing. She is operating a black 2001 Honda Civic LX four door sedan bearing North Carolina registration plate EJM-1879. See the attached photographs of Mrs. Eller and her vehicle.

Here is what we know right now:
- Connie was last seen on Friday, May 26th around Noon driving on Jake Alexander Boulevard in Salisbury, NC
- We can confirm that she left her home on Friday morning.
- She is driving a 2001 Black Honda Civic 4 door with black wheels and a pink FOX Racing sticker in the back window. NC Tag #EJM-1879
- She DOES NOT have a cell phone or bank card with her, so we cannot track any of that information.
- A Missing Person's report has been filed with the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office.
- We have contacted local hospitals with no luck in locating her.
- She has a sweet little girl and a family that needs to know she's OK.

Based on comments made by family on a post in the Facebook group I linked in the main post, her disappearance is definitely suspicious.

She went out with a male acquaintance the night before (if I remember correctly.) She was seen at home Friday morning before leaving on her own. Her vehicle was spotted on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury around noon. The driver was not seen they just assumed it was her at the wheel. Her cell phone was located in the truck of the male mentioned above. It was factory reset and wiped clean. It was turned over to police. It was prepaid. She has no phone or debit/credit card with her.

Pretty young lady. I hope she is found safe soon.
 
I read about a lot of these cases but this one is tugging at my heart strings. The place where she was last seen as well as the last known location of her car are within a 15 minute drive from my home. As a mom, I can't see this young lady leaving her 8 year old behind and not at least contacting a family member.
