This is the SS Attorney in Pike County Ky. My county!

PIKEVILLE, Ky. -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed to EKB News that Eric C. Conn is considered to be on the run as a fugitive from justice.

Earlier today, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued an arrest warrant for Conn. An FBI spokesman said Conn is in violation of his bond because he removed his monitoring device and his whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone with information about Conn's whereabouts is asked to contact the FBI at (502) 263-6000.

The last clip I saw of him on the news he had lost a lot of weight. Wonder if that is his current size? Looks lots older thin.

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. -- The disappearance of embattled former disability attorney Eric C. Conn has dominated news coverage and captured the minds of many in the region in recent days. But probably no one is more interested in what his vanishing act means for the cases against him than the people who consider themselves to be his victims. EKB News Reporter Shelby Steele spoke to one local attorney who has led the charge against Conn to get some answers.

$20,000 reward offered for fugitive attorney Conn; FBI thinks he’s still in the U.S.

Authorities believe fugitive lawyer Eric C. Conn is still in the country after escaping court-ordered supervision Friday evening and are offering a $20,000 reward for information that helps catch him.

But after spending much of the day in Lexington Friday preparing to possibly testify against a third man charged in the case, Conn cut off the ankle bracelet and disappeared Friday evening, according to the FBI.

Hess declined to discuss some details of the investigation, but said the bracelet was found thrown out along Interstate 75 in Lexington. She could not provide the exact location.

I would love to see one of our members collect that reward. If anyone can, the members here can.

More than 550 million dollars. :jail:

:scared:
Me! Me! I want to collect it. 75 to 64, he could be in my neck of the woods! His former partner in crime has relative living or used to live near where I live, hmmm. So many ways he could've gone from 75 though. Could still be laying low in Lexington even...think I read he forfeited his passport, but guess that can be forged like med records.

Mhoo

Out of his suits we're used to seeing him in, shades on, hair dyed, ball cap, he'd be pretty forgettable. So keep your eyes looking for that face. I say the eyes are a giveaway, something you can't disguise. They're pretty intense.

Wonder how long this has been planned? As soon as he knew he'd be in Lexington the final plan was set in motion I'd guess.
Gee, I was just there several weeks ago, could've recommended some good takeout restaurants for his journey...

Or could someone from one of his many cases decided to take matters into their own hands? So many of these people's lives became nightmares overnight.

...read the comments on the link Tulessa provided. Hoping that's just creative thinking with no basis in fact.

So, Conn is a con-man. He needs to be a con, as in convict. Maybe they should search in Connecticut?

How especially ruthless can people be, swindling the elderly and disabled. I know there are many scams operating from foreign countries where the people couldn't care less about the distress and turmoil they cause in someone's life across the sea. But, it's all the more despicable when someone is scamming people in his own community/country. I hope they catch him and he spends the remainder of his life in prison. Obviously, he cares more about his life and what he'll have to suffer than about the suffering of other people. Grrrr :stormingmad:

I'm thinkin' the dirty dog is in Camaroon or the Maldives. He's kicked back on a beach with a cool beverage while some of the people who've been hurt by his fall out have committed suicide. He had this planned from the git go. Who let's someone like this go home with an ankle monitor?! There's people sitting in jail for flight risks who don't even have a flippin' car to flee in, nor the money to do so, and they let this guy go...

ETA: Read one comment that it is believed he has a mansion in Belize. Belize is a non-extradition friendly country.
