When Samuel was last seen, he was with his mother and was in some sort of medical distress. His mother has been located, however, Samuel has not.

At the time Samuel was last seen he was “experiencing medical issues.” Samuel is described as a 1-year-old biracial boy with brown hair and eyes.

They know his first name, have located his mother, and yet do not know his last name and have not located this baby???? How do those things even fit together with that outcome?

A one-year-old boy who had been missing since May 1 was found safety in Illinois on Thursday, Denver Police said.
