Numerous police and public safety agencies were still searching Sunday evening for a Dover woman who apparently walked away from Hickory Haven mobile home park early Sunday morning.

Lynn M. Rickard, 59, was reported missing at 9:13 a.m. Sunday by her husband. She was last seen at about 1 a.m.

Rickard has possible undiagnosed mental health issues and may be unclothed, according to the Racine County dispatch center. She has no violent tendencies and may appear confused if confronted. She is supposed to be on oxygen continually.

Rickard is white, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, about 150 pounds, with brown hair longer than shoulder length and brown eyes.

Rickard suffers from mental health illness and is supposed to be on oxygen but left her home without it. Rickard may be naked at this time.

Or maybe she has past history of doing that from whatever mental illness she has? Poor lady. How far could she get if she has to be on oxygen?

I wonder who last saw her at 1 a.m. I'm guessing the husband and woke up that a.m. and she was gone.

Still missing and they updated to say this:

Officials with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office said Rickard left her home on Sunday, June 25th on foot, headed in an unknown direction, possibly wearing black and white pajamas.

Really strange. Why they would first say she was naked and then come up with pajama description. :thinking:

Maybe the weather was a little cooler and she put on pj's. Hubby may have found them missing after looking.

Investigators received reports of two sightings of Rickard, naked and crossing a field, within a mile of her home at about 7 a.m. Sunday.

Her husband, John, reported his wife missing two hours later when he said he woke up and discovered Lynn, who was being treated for an undiagnosed mental illness, had jumped out the living room window.

A distraught John Rickard on Tuesday was trying to stay positive.

“When you do nothing but cry for three days in a row you dry out, you know,” John Rickard said. “We just want to get the word out. She could have been abducted because they’ve found no signs of her (since Sunday). I don’t think, personally, she could survive three nights in the cold, naked.”

There wad a pj description a little later on...maybe they were found in wih the dirty clothes?
It also stated she jumped out of the living room window? Was it opened? No screen? Did she get hurt?

DOVER — Authorities conducting an exhaustive search for Lynn Rickard, 59, of Dover, who has been missing since Sunday, want the public to be diligent and now they believe she may be nearby.

“We would like to remind the public to remain diligent and to carefully check their property. It is likely that Lynn Rickard is within a short distance of the Kansasville area,” Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling said.

Authorities continue to search for a Dover woman reported missing more than two weeks ago.

Lynn M. Rickard, 59, has been missing since June 25 when she left her mobile home in the Hickory Haven Mobile Home Park, 4915 Schoen Road.

On Tuesday, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by members of the Milwaukee Police Department’s Mounted Unit in the search.

DOVER — Horses are the latest asset enlisted in the ongoing search for a Dover woman who has been missing since June 25.

On Tuesday, horses and riders from the Milwaukee Police Department’s Mounted Unit searched fields near the home of Lynn Rickard, located in the Hickory Haven mobile home park in the 500 block of Schoen Road. The area is south of Highway 11 and east of Highway 75.

KANSASVILLE, WI - It has been one month since a 59-year-old woman out of Racine County went missing.

Lynn Rickard left her home in Kansasville, Wisconsin on Sunday, July 24. Her husband said no one has seen or heard from her since.

“She’s naked and barefoot," John Rickard said. "She [doesn't] have her oxygen on and she’s severely paranoid."
Presumed paranoid after changing medications, John Rickard said his wife, Lynn Rickard, of 22 years has not been the same since changing medications.

“They found a spot on her lung," Rickard said. "She went into the hospital and they took her off her Xanax and they put her on the other stuff and three days she was paranoid."

I'm confused about the sightings at 7a.m. Were they not reported to LE right away, or after the fact? Her husband reported her missing two hours later. I would call LE immediately if I saw someone walking around naked, or try to get to her myself. I feel so bad for her poor husband and pray she is found alive soon!

[h=1]Mount Pleasant police investigate 'suspicious death'[/h]

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. — Mount Pleasant police are trying to identify a body found in a wooded area Monday afternoon.

Police received a call around 1:21 p.m. saying that there was a body was along the 11000 block of Louis Sorenson Rd in a forested area.

The identity of the deceased and cause of death are still under investigation.

Police confirm to WISN 12 News the body is not Lynn Rickard, a 59-year-old woman who went missing from Dover on June 25.

The family of Lynn Rickard indicated on Thursday, September 7th that the family has increased the reward amount from $25,000 to $50,000. Thats according to family spokesperson Brian Bynsdorp.

59-year-old Rickard went missing during the early morning hours of June 25th. Rickard was reportedly wearing pajamas, or she was possibly nude when she left her mobile home in Kansasville. Authorities said she suffers from mental illness and medical issues requiring oxygen. Rickards husband John said she was suffering from paranoia and was taking new medication, to no avail.

Cadaver dogs and drones were utilized in the search for Rickard, who remains missing.
