Found Deceased PA - Scott Hoffman, 40, New Brighton, 22 June 2017

Forty-year-old Scott Hoffman was last seen at the Hot Dog Shoppe in New Brighton on Thursday, June 22.

Family members say Hoffman has several medical issues, and he needs his medication.

They also say Hoffmans left foot is broken, and he was wearing a dark gray walking boot when he went missing.

Hoffman is described as 5-feet-9-inches tall and 185 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Loved ones are concerned because Hoffman may not have insulin with him, and it is not like him to disappear.

This here leaves me with a very bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. I know many diabetics among my family and friends, and if they know they are going to be gone for a while they try to take multiple doses wherever they're going (not to mention it has to be refrigerated). If people are concerned he may not have it on him, that can't be good news (imo).

Officials say they are not considering his death to be suspicious.
