UT UT - Arthur Oliveira, 22, Saratoga Springs, 25 June 2017

(KUTV) Saratoga Springs Police are searching for a 22-year-old man with Schizophrenia and paranoia last heard from June 25.

According to family members, the man, Arthur Oliveira was last heard from at 2:30 a.m. June 25, 2017. Oliveira was last seen with two "strangers" who were reportedly attempting to purchase items from him. A press release from Saratoga Springs Police states one of these "strangers" drove Oliveira to a nearby park and dropped him off.
Oliveira then made his way to the area of Mountain Point Hospital in Lehi, the document states. Oliveira attempted to contact his family at 2:30 a.m., using a phone from the hospital. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Police said Arthur Oliveira was spotted Saturday, July 1 at the 4th street clinic by a man who used to be Oliveira's therapist. He told police he saw the man between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. walking with a taller male.

Oliveira's family said he does not drive, but "roams" on foot and is known to frequent gas stations.

He is described as 5-feet 8-inches tall, 175 lbs with brown eyes and black hair. Arthur has gages in both ears and a lip piercing. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a long black shirt, and a black hoodie.
