Mr. Saenz was last seen on July 10, 2017 in the 1100 block of Jackson Street.
He is described as a 47-year-old White male with brown hair and hazel eyes. Mr. Saenz is about 61″ tall and weighs about 250 pounds.
He may be traveling in a red 2004 pick-up truck with Texas license plate FDF-2633.
