FBI: evidence response teams spent 5-6 hours going over extensive debris.

FBI: still too early to tell the motive. Could be a disgruntled employee or an act of terrorism.

"When agents searched Roden's south Tulsa apartment, they claim they found dozens of items associated with explosives production, as well as a book and hand written notes on the practice.

More pipe bombs were found in a bag, along with an application for a German National visa, a loaded hand gun and an AR-15."

Much more at link. Also materials to make explosives found at his mother's home in Sand Springs, where Roden was frequently seen. Glad this dude is off the streets.

This guy is so dangerous, what with all his bomb-making plans and activities. Wonder what his long-term goal was?

Grand jury indicts veteran in Oklahoma recruiting office bombing

Benjamin Roden now faces a seven-count federal indictment in the July 10 bombing in suburban Tulsa. The charges against Roden include malicious damage to federal property by use of an explosive and possession of unregistered destructive devices.

A judge ordered Roden to undergo a mental evaluation in July after defense attorneys questioned whether he can assist in his own defense.

A mental competency hearing for Roden is scheduled for Aug. 29.

Judge says Bixby pipe bomb suspect not mentally competent to stand trial

Two separate doctors examined Roden's competency, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Prosecutors and defense attorneys met Tuesday morning to discuss the evaluations, and it was determined that Roden was not competent to stand trial. He will be released to a prison facility for mental health treatment.

Roden will undergo treatment for 90 days before the prosecution and defense meet again to discuss what's next.
