Jewelry: Golden Pearl watch with a woven metal band painted gold and a bezel encircled with settings for clear stones.

Circumstances of Discovery
A fisherman cutting through a field in the 1200 block of Oakland Boulevard, just north of Interstate 30, found the decedent's skeletal remains under a tree in a brushy ravine. A barrel was found nearby and a clothesline-like cord with a noose dangled from a tree.
The acre of field is not entirely secluded but surrounded by a neighborhood, it's just vacant enough to be off the beaten path.
A review of all Fort Worth missing persons cases at the time yielded no clues to the man's identity, nor did a check with the Missing Persons Clearing House.

Bass vanished after going fishing with a neighbor on October 29, 1995, in the town of Atwater, CA.

The neighbor later told authorities that he and Bass never went fishing, and that he dropped Bass off at a baseball field in Chowchilla. Bass' family thinks he was murdered.

Bumping up. How sad he hasn't been identified, even with DNA in the system.
I wonder if he was either in the foster-care system, maybe left a group home and wasn't properly reported missing or his report has been lost.

People were pointing out this young man had a strong resemblance to Frank Frazier, who went missing in 1990 in Houston, TX, under circumstances very similar to abduction.

NamUs says he was wearing shoes manufactured in March 1995, so he was alive then, but that doesn't really tell us when he went missing... IMO.
