I think Willard Marks is a good candidate for this Doe. Had been in and out of psychiatric care and transient throughout the Kansas-Colorado corridor during 2005.

I'm always fascinated by the clothes/belongings. Where was this guy's shirt? The jeans were relatively high end, and the sweatpants were from a hip-hop associated brand that was popular in the 90s. Both sound like they could easily be thrift store finds.

The belt could have come from anywhere. The tooling on the back isn't particularly unique. I wish we could see more of the buckle although that probably wouldn't really help.

Those boots are quality, though. If he was transient at this stage of his life, he could have hung onto his good boots from before.
