Found Safe MO - Mersadiez Rohr, 14, Smithton, 17 July 2017

Mersadiez Shiann Rohr was last seen at 1355 Highway DD in Smithton, Mo., just east of Sedalia, Monday around 9:30 p.m.

Shes described as being about 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 138 pounds.

Police have already taken a suspect into custody Matthew Fischer, who is a registered sex offender.

The 14-year-old is still missing and so is the car she may have been in. Police are looking for a tan or beige 2004 GMC Yukon. It has Missouri license plates MH2P0D.

Update from Morgan County Sheriff's Department: Matthew Fischer AKA Michael Piznaski, has been taken into custody by the Pettis County Sheriff's Department. Mersadiez Rohr is still missing and the tan or beige 2004 GMC Yukon has not been located.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Mersadiez Shiann Rohr went missing from 1355 Highway DD, Smithton, Mo. at 9:30 p.m. on July 18. She was last seen in a tan or beige 2004 GMC Yukon with Missouri plates MH2P0D. The Patrol said investigation revealed she may have been in the company of Matthew Fischer, also known as Michael Piznaski. He is a registered sex offender in the state of New York, authorities say.

Since Rohr went missing, Piznaski has been taken into custody by the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department, but neither the girl nor the Yukon have been found.

UPDATE 12:41 p.m.: Rohr has been found safe inHardy, Arkansas just after Noon on Wednesday. Rohr was found in the Yukon after it had been pulled over by authorities. Piznaski was arrested and formal charges are pending.
