On the day Thibodeau went missing. The Caribou Rehab & Nursing Center's surveillance video shows Thibodeau returning to his apartment on Saturday July 15th.

The family says Thibodeau likely went to Mass at the Holy Rosary church in Caribou that was from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The video shows Thibodeau returning to his apartment at approximately 5:09 p.m. He then went into his apartment until video shows him leaving his apartment again at approximately 8:09 p.m.

Video then shows Thibodeau in his black/charcoal gray 2013 Chevy Equinox where he turned left onto North Maine Street heading South. The family believes he may have headed to Reno's Family Restaurant to eat.

Based on information received from electronic tracking, it is believed he is/was in the Lee area. The range marked on the map is roughly 300 square miles-that is a huge search area. The Maine Warden Service has been searching this area since last week by land and air, along with other local landowners, although they are not sure whether he is still in this part of the state.

Attempts to locate the vehicle via ONSTAR have gone unsuccessful. The police have been in contact with multiple other law enforcement agencies and other highway agencies. They are unsure if Father Thibodeau is still in the area described.

The Maine Warden Service has outlined a 300 square mile search area based on electronic tracking used to locate Clement Thibodeau, 85 of Caribou, who was last seen on July 15. Officials were able to track Thibodeau’s phone to Lee, Maine last week, and according to Caribou Police Chief Michael Gahagan, the signal also died last week.(Courtesy/Caribou PD)

Thanks jsee1212, can't bring myself to push the thanks on that news tho.

So now what? Formal search is suspended but I hope LE will continue to investigate and try to develop leads.

Aw, poor guy. I hope he is located soon. Prayers said for his return and his loved ones.

How truly sad, the poor man spent his life serving others. I hope he is found, keeping him in my thoughts and prayers.

Prayers to the family that they may have answers soon.

Is that a recent picture? If so, he certainly is a youthful looking 85!
Has there been any ATM or card activity? Cell phone?

It's not uncommon for people of this age to become confused and think it's time to "go to work" and get lost while driving. I would also ask those close to him where his favorite retreat/meditation places are. Although I imagine by now that has already been explored.

Holding this man in special prayer.
