Circumstances
on June 7, 2008, this woman jumped in front of a train at the Westlake / McArthur Park Metro Rail Subway Station near Wilshire Boulevard and Alvarado Street in Los Angeles, and was struck by the train. She was extracted from underneath the train and was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
