Mods: can you change the title to include Rebecca, 12 years old and change the age for Julianne in the title from 5 to 9?

So concerned about these children. Do they have social media? Is it possible an older person was actually driving the car? :scared:

So weird. I swear the initial post only had 1 child and the age was 5. Unless I am losing it.

[h=2]Police: Missing girl returns home, but sister driving mom's car remains missing[/h]
Hamden authorities say 9-year-old Julianna Hernandez and 12-year-old Rebecca Hernandez left home in their mother's car Thursday evening.

Police said Friday that Julianna returned home later in the night. Officials say Julianna told them Rebecca was still in possession of the car and was with three males.

The girls’ mother told police Rebecca had driven her car in the past without her permission.

BBM. This is not good. :notgood:

I wanna know where the mom left her car keys, if, as she said, Rebecca had driven her car in the past without permission
they should've been locked in a safe IMO

but I guess there will be plenty of time for recriminations after Rebecca is found safely

The 12-year-old Hamden girl who was last seen in her mother's car with three male occupants has been found in New Haven, police said.

New Haven police told Hamden officers that they found Rebecca Hernandez and the Nissan she had been in, they said. She is OK and is with her parents.
Police don't believe her disappearance was the result of a serious crime, Sgt. David Ng said Friday afternoon.

I am telling you, sometimes I understand why some animals eat their young. I am just kidding but they can definitely give you a few grey hairs! I hope what ever prompted this escapade is figured out and the girls continue on in their teen years being safe!
