Authorities in southwestern Wyoming are asking for the publics help in finding a missing man who suffers from Alzheimers.
Robert Winters, 82, and his wife were headed home on Interstate 80 to Port Angeles, Washington on Sunday, when they stopped in Wamsutter at about noon.
Winters who suffers from Alzheimers, short-term memory loss and heart problems reportedly drove off alone, and has not been heard from since.
Sweetwater County Sheriff Mike Lowell says Winters was driving a grey 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche with Washington license plates, reading C64039J.
Winters is described as a white man, six feet tall weighing roughly 175 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
Authorities had not distributed a photo of Winters as of 9 p.m. Monday.
