National Center for Missing & Exploited Children says three-year-old Jalay Diggs is believed to have been abducted by a suspect, 30-year-old Kayleigh Burton.

Authorities say the young girl was last seen in a gray Lexus SUV, Maryland license plate #1CR3270.

The suspect is Kayleigh Burton, age 30, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with dark hair with blonde highlights.
The child is Jalay Miyah Diggs, age 3, last seen wearing pink flowered capris and an orange top.

Delaware Law Enforcement has located the person of interest in regards to the Amber Alert. The case is under investigation.

Preliminary Jalay Diggs has been located and is with Delaware Law Enforcement. The case is very fluid and we are sorting out the details.

The Amber Alert has been cancelled. Jalay has been located. Worcester County Bureau of Investigation is continuing the investigation.
