Forty-nine-year-old John Edward McDowell left his house to go fishing in City Park around 5 p.m. on August 13. McDowell hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Wonder, since it is a "city park" if there are camera's around that could confirm whether he had actually arrived to go fishing or not??
 
He has vanished. No updates...Hope he is safe.
