K - I went looking to see how old these guys were for my list - and came up this Wikipedia item - did not know "what" Dylan had said - so quite surprised to read this!
The first arrest in the case was made in March 2014, prior to the discovery of the body. Zach Adams was charged with first-degree murder and especially aggravated kidnapping after Adams' brother, John Dylan Adams, told police that he witnessed Bobo alive with his brother at the home they share following her abduction.[SUP][30][/SUP][SUP][31][/SUP][SUP][32][/SUP] An affidavit for a search warrant states that Dylan told authorities that on April 13, 2011, he went to Zach's residence to get his truck. Dylan reportedly "observed Holly Lynn Bobo sitting in a green chair in the living room wearing a pink t-shirt, with Jason Wayne Autry standing just a few feet away." He also told police Zach was "wearing camouflage shorts, black cut-off-sleeve t-shirt and a pair of green Crocs" shoes. Dylan also reported that Zach told him "he had raped Bobo and videotaped it." The alleged videotape has not been found. Investigators also uncovered "a blond hair covered in dust from a bedroom closet" of Zach's residence. Whether any forensic testing has been conducted on the hair has yet to be released.
Wonder how truthful this is - about JA being there in the same room....
Niner, responding to your post in the last thread above. Thanks for bringing this up again. Glad to see this in print as far as Dylan's account. The way it sounds in Dylan's account is of course "he observed Holly sitting in a green chair" etc....sounds to me like he is only saying he briefly observed the situation but had no involvement.
Autry's account of Dylan's involvement and especially ...I am just gonna call it the Zach/Dylan incest part....that sounded very believable. The way Autry even told it on the stand where he said something to the effect of "I don't like that s***" and was disturbed telling it, was all too real.
So now it makes sense why Dylan would likely not be brought on the stand by prosecution to tell his very different timeline of events.
And yes, the fact that Dylan put Autry in the frame in front of Holly is VERY curious.
While each of them in their accounts has "the other person", so far all we know is Autry's detailed account and far more details on Dylan which are believable.
But that's not to say Autry didn't have 7-8am details that were glossed over by bird and wild-life watching. My thought is Autry definitely was a part of things between 7-8am and this was conveniently left out. Similar to Dylan merely "observing" things in his own version.
And whoever in the last thread said there must have been something for Autry to gain by helping with the presumed dead body....drugs, SOMETHING.....it's a felony and all of a sudden he just jumps in to help dispose a body with no reward/exchange?? yes, I'm thinking this line of questioning is SPOT ON. Sounds fishy.
