EL PASO COUNTY/TELLER COUNTY, Colo. - A 39-year-old was reported missing out Colorado Springs at the end of September.

Micah Lambert was last seen at a friend's house on September 23. Her vehicle was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Catamount Recreational area near Divide last Friday.

Teller County Search and Rescue has conducted searches near where the vehicle was found. They reported below-freezing temperatures at night as well as snow. Crews have not found a trace of Lambert.

Anyone with information on Lambert is asked to call the Teller County Sheriff's Office at (719) 687-9652, option 5.

Lambert was reported missing to the Colorado Springs Police Department on Sept. 24 and was last seen at a friend's house on the morning of Sept. 23.

On Monday, the Teller County Sheriff's Office said Lambert may be endangered. Friends found Lambert's vehicle abandoned in the parking lot of the Catamount Recreational area near Divide last Friday night.

From Friday to Tuesday morning, search and rescue crews were using several different methods, including scent dogs and sonar boats, to locate her.

Tuesday afternoon the search was called off and Micah had not yet been located. Investigators are continuing to track down leads.

The area of Teller County has been experiencing below-freezing temperatures at night as well as snow.

There was even another person Shelby Weatherly that ended up being found dead not too far from there near Greenland near I-25. I wonder if a serial killer was involved with some of these. Not sure about the POI you mentioned but too many people coming up dead lately near Colorado Springs.

Hope they find Micah alive somewhere. Not good news about the car being found without her.

So Micah's car was in the Catamount recreation area parking lot. How far is that from Limbaugh Canyon?
Eta I have estimated that Catamount trailhead looks to be about 6 miles SSE of Woodland Park while Limbaugh Canyon trailhead is about 9 miles E of Woodland Park. But car is described as being left near Divide which is west of Woodland Park. Just wondering exactly where Catamount recreation parking is located?
 
The Catamount Recreation parking area that they are probably describing is at the end of Edlowe Road, which is between Woodland Park and Divide, Colorado.

Limbaugh Canyon is closer to Monument, Colorado, but there is a dirt road that goes between Monument and Woodland Park. That road is Mt. Herman Road, which turns into Rampart Range Road. Daniel Nations was spotted driving on Mt. Herman road near the Limbaugh Canyon area. It is not a stretch at all to think that he drove this back road to the Woodland Park area. I believe he was arrested in Woodland Park.

Yes and TBH he would probably prefer driving on such a road as he has no licence and the plates were expired. Is there any news on this case or the TW one?

That's weird, the link works for me. Google a map for Woodland Park. Edlowe Road goes south off Highway 24 between Woodland Park and Divide. The Catamount Reservoir parking area is at the end of Edlowe Road.

Thanks. I googled Edlowe Rd and then got the correct location. I had followed the rampart ridge road to mt Herman road on a map previously and saw that it connected Woodland Park and Mt Herman. Today I noticed there is also another road connecting them - Beaver Creek Road. Interesting.

I sure hope they can link DM to Watkins' murder, or else find out who was responsible. That area is a nice little place to hike or bike, and it is terrifying to think that a killer may be lurking in the woods.

Mihail Petrov arrested in October in Denver.....$500,000 bond....connected to Shelby's death.
