Neighbors made a grisly discovery Thursday at the back of the Falls Country Club on Hagen Ranch Road -- the body of a young woman inside a metallic-blue 2000 BMW -- the victim of an apparent homicide.

Sheriff's Sgt. William Springer identified the woman as Marvia L. Kinlocke-Alix, 34, of Lauderhill. Sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller said authorities found trauma to her body and are investigating her death as a homicide.

Her body was in the back seat of the car, west of Boynton Beach. Deputies do not know why she was in Palm Beach County.

When I first saw this post this morning I thought that it might have been Olga Khaleel, 32: Missing 1/10/06 Davie, FL. from the thread http://websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34963 over in Missing. There is not much distance between where Ms. Kahaleel was last seen and where this body was found.

Palm Beach County deputies have a mystery on their hands after a pedestrian made an unusual find in a Boynton Beach canal.

Sheriff's deputies were called to what appeared to be an abandoned pickup truck in a canal along Hagan Ranch Road.

After it was pulled out, two bodies were found inside

<snip>
The woman was found in a car with Broward county plates. The license plate on the car comes was traced back to an area where a rape was investigated a couple of weeks ago.
<snip>
Investigators have also not said if there is any connection to a woman reported missing from Broward County more than a week ago

Police identified the woman as Marvia Kinlocke-Aliz, of Lauderhill. She was last seen alive Wednesday night, police said. Kinlocke-Aliz was a registered nurse.

From November 2007:

http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/2007-11-09/news/0711080734_1_marlon-monroe-dna-girlfriend

A former Jamaican police officer was found guilty Thursday of murdering his pregnant girlfriend and was immediately sentenced to life in prison.

A Palm Beach County jury deliberated two hours before returning the verdict, finding Marlon Monroe guilty of premeditated first-degree murder. Monroe, 33, had no reaction as the verdict was read.

Rather than be rejected by the woman carrying his unborn child, Monroe beat and strangled Marvia Kinlocke, then left her body inside her BMW on the side of a road west of Boynton Beach...
