WASHINGTON (ABC7) DC police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 16-year-old girl who they say was "last seen wearing a hospital gown" in the 100 block of Irving Street on Saturday.
Authorities describe the girl, Valencia Duke, as a black female, with brown eyes and dark long dreadlocks, with a dark brown complexion. She is five-feet and two-inches tall, and weighs around 123 pounds.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099.
