A Huntsville woman disappeared after suddenly moving out of her apartment four months ago, police announced today.

Brenda Sica is described as 5 feet and about 100-120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Sica moved out of her apartment at The Overlook on Sparkman Drive several months ago, Huntsville police spokesman Jonathan Ware told AL.com.

"Her family has not seen or heard from her in approximately (four) months," Ware wrote in an email"...no one knows where she went or why,"

Ware said he's unsure why Sica's family didn't report her missing before now.

Sica has the following tattoos: a panther on the outside of her left thigh, a woman on the outside of her right thigh, a moon on her left shoulder, a sun on her right shoulder, and an ankh on the back of her neck. Details of Disappearance
Sica was last seen in Huntsville, Alabama on July 1, 2017. She abruptly moved out of her apartment at The Overlook on Sparkman Drive that month and has never been heard from again. Her family reported her missing in October. Few details are available in her case.

  • Clothing/Jewelry Description: Unknown, but she usually wore jeans and a t-shirt, often with a rock band logo such as Metallica or Iron Maiden.
  • Medical Conditions: Sica suffers from severe anxiety and depression.
Details of Disappearance
Sica was last seen in Huntsville, Alabama on July 3, 2017. Prior to her disappearance, she had been very active on social media and in regular touch with family and friends, but the social media activity suddenly stopped in June 2017, shortly before her disappearance.

She abruptly moved out of her apartment at The Overlook on Sparkman Drive in July.

In August, she emailed her family and said she was in Wyoming and was looking forward to seeing them in January 2018.

She has never been heard from again. Sica's family reported her missing in October. Few details are available in her case.
 
Did Brenda have issues with alcohol/drugs over the last few years? Some of those photos look like mug shots and she also seems to have aged quite a bit from photos on her facebook. The moving out of the apartment seems suspicious, did anyone actually see her moving out? Or did her things disappear from there? Then there's the email...
