it occurred in front of Hukkah Bar-- basically big bong in the middle of the table !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dumb ole me about 10 years ago I see 4 folks sitting outside with what to me is a bong! I nicely went over and said guys you could get hassled or arrested

they laughed and told me what it is -- gave me a hit and said goodbye!!
