Man falls asleep on the job. Wakes in Turkey

Poor guy has pneumonia. I wonder if he was sick at work the reason he fell asleep.
 
Hope his work is understanding. Imagine how freaked out you'd be waking up in a cold cargo hold-and having to tell your boss/wife/friends about it.
 
Imagine how freaky it would be to fall asleep at you job. And wake up and no one was speaking English!!
 
That is so something I would do...I hope he feels better though!
 
Mysteriew: English is not the "common" language in Saudi Arabia.......so of course when he woke up no one would speak English. Try arabic........or Turkish.
