Well, this is strange. Hardly any info.
Cops should know by now if he checked out of the hotel and who he may have had dinner with Thursday night. Also, where does he live?

Ya know after reading this - I worked at the front desk in a hotel and guest information can not be given out unless the guest says it is ok.
I do wonder if he made his flight?

I wonder if more is known now but hasnt been shared with the public?
Like maybe he'd had a wild night, woke up where he shouldn't have and missed his flight?

Man Reported Missing from Eighth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is looking to locate a man reported as missing from the Eighth District.
The reporting person told police on December 15, 2017 at about 3:30 p.m. she was notified by a fellow employee and travel partner that they were unable to contact Scott Milne (DOB: 8/21/1989), as they were scheduled to fly out from New Orleans on the afternoon of December 15, 2017. The reporting person then advised she contacted the hotel to inquire about Milne but they were not forthcoming with information.
The reporting person stated that several attempts were made to contact Milne but were unsuccessful. Milne was last seen Thursday (Dec. 14) at a meeting.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Scott Milne should contact any Eighth District detective at (504) 658-6080 or 9-11.

(i removed a small bit here, only to rethink that lol likely has NOTHING to do with Scott Milne missing, after digging further it seems the victim was a woman, but, but, but, (it happened around 3:30pm) unless SM observed & tried to help her....
