To save Christmas, Boy, 5, calls 911 on the Grinch

TyLon Pittman, 5, was watching a Facebook video about the Grinch when he identified a threat and took action. Unbeknownst to his family, TyLon called 911 Saturday night to report that he did not want the Grinch to come and steal his Christmas.

Hanging his head, still wearing his Santa outfit, the Grinch put up no fight as he was shut in the holding cell inside the police department.

Byram Police Chief presented TyLon with a Grinch doll so he could always remember the occasion and said, "When you turn 21, come back and I'm going to give you a job application, OK?" he said.
