Thomas is described as a black female with light skin, standing approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing about 185 pounds, with brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a dark navy Adidas brand coat, blue jeans, and black knee high boots with fur trim.
