A frantic search is underway for a baby who turned up missing after a woman was found dead in the Greenspoint area Tuesday afternoon.

Homicide detectives say the woman had been stabbed several times.

The dead woman and one-month-old baby girl lived in an apartment complex on Goodson Road in northeast Houston.

Residents say crime is an ongoing problem there.

If we can get Amber Alert in the thread title, that would be great. I'm not sure how to edit those things myself.

This is super scary :( Poor mom and poor baby.
 
Sending positive thoughts to baby Shanally and her family. I can't even imagine how terrified her mother's family must be! I pray they find baby Shanally quickly! :heartbeat:

Oh dear. I am very doubtful that these fathers really care about or want the babies. It is a way of punishing the mother.
