Dallas police are asking for the public's help in finding a woman who hasn't been heard from since Christmas.

Relatives reported Jacqueline Hughes, 34, missing on Jan. 1 because they hadn't heard from her since Dec. 25.

Police said they received information Monday that leads them to think the woman is in danger. bbm

Hughes is described as a 34-year-old black woman with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-3 and about 160 pounds.

....police had been investigating the home on Castle Hills in their search for Hughes and that a woman's body was found in a garage there.
Kionna Dennis-Butler, Hughes' wife of nine years, thinks she may have relapsed and lured into sex trafficking by someone known as a pimp and drug dealer, KTVT reported.

DALLAS, TX — Police Tuesday responded to a home in the 3900 block of Castle Hills Drive in Oak Cliff where a body was reportedly found. The identity of the body is unknown at this time, but there have been reports that the body could belong to Jaqueline Hughes, who was reported missing Jan. 1.
Neither the cause of death nor the identity of the body will be available until the medical examiner completes an autopsy.

The Dallas County medical examiner has confirmed the body found Tuesday in a southern Dallas garage is that of a woman who had been reported missing.
Jacqueline Hughes, 34, was last heard from on Christmas Day.
The woman's brother, Clifton Hughes, told NBC 5 that she sent text messages on Christmas Eve that said she was at the address where police eventually found her body.
Police were called to the home Tuesday in the area of Castle Hills Drive and Bishop College Drive, near Paul Quinn College.

One day prior, Dallas police investigators said they received information that led them to believe Jacqueline Hughes may be in danger.
Her family says she would never leave her two daughters or not call them.
The medical examiner has not provided a cause or manner of death.

As the search continues for the man suspected of killing a Dallas woman, another family has come forward fearful for their loved one.

Jasmine Adams, 21, was last seen by her family on New Year's Day. Her mother, Lora Bacy, says she moved out of their Fort Worth home to live with Brandon Sampson...

She had no idea Sampson was suspected by a Dallas family of harming another woman, 34-year-old Jacqueline Hughes...

Dallas police issued an arrest warrant for Sampson on Wednesday. He faces a homicide charge.

The families of two women prayed together for resolution on Saturday.

21-year-old Jasmin Adams has been missing since she was last seen on New Year’s Day.
34-year-old Jacqueline Hughes was found dead early this month in South Oak Cliff. Her suspected murderer.

Brandon Sampson, is a suspect in both women’s disappearance, and is still at large. Adams’ family maintains there's no way she'd willingly be with a man capable of any kind of harm.
