Elizabeth was last seen when she was dropped off at the Human Services office in Albuquerque,NM on 11/16/2017. Elizabeth never signed in and no one has heard or seen her since. Elizabeth is said to have been four months pregnant at the time she went missing.

Elizabeth Ann Brooks Hernandez, 29 years old
5'7" 130lbs
Green eyes, brown hair
Last seen 11/16/17

Elizabeth was last seen when she was dropped off at the welfare office on Thursday November 16, 2017. Elizabeth is reported to be 4 months pregnant. Elizabeth was last seen wearing black yoga pants with gold buttons, a burgundy top and possibly a black or dark-colored jacket. Elizabeth has not been on social media and has not contacted family or friends. If you see her or know anything about her whereabouts please contact police Albuquerque Police Department at (505) 768-2020 or (505) 242-2677.

<modsnipped>I also found she was charged with "Abandonment and Cruelty to Children" on 01/10/2017, the case was dismissed on the ground of "Defendant Complied with Prosecution Conditions" on 06/23/2017.
She also had at least one arrest record for "FAIL TO COMPLY W/COND PROBATION;ABANDONMENT AND CRUELTY TO A CHILD" on 04/19/2017. Obviously the same case, she was ordered to do Community Service

Elizabeth Hernandez was pregnant with her third child when she left her sister's home one year ago.

Her family says she was last seen getting when her boyfriend dropped her off in front of the Human Services building on Bridge.

Elizabeth's family believes Martinez had something to do with her disappearance, but he has not been charged with any crime.

Details of Disappearance
Hernandez was last seen when her boyfriend, Miguel Martinez, dropped her off at the Department of Human Services office in the 3200 block of Bridge Boulevard southwest at Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 15, 2017. She never signed in there and has never been heard from again.

It's uncharacteristic of Hernandez to leave without warning, and her family doesn't believe she would have abandoned her two children. Her sister stated Martinez, the father of Hernandez's unborn child, didn't want the baby, and she thinks he knows more about her disappearance than he has been disclosed. He has not been named as a suspect in her case.

Foul play is suspected in Hernandez's disappearance, which remains unsolved.

In her Facebook account it appears by the posts that she made that she smoked weed. Did she use other drugs? <modsnipped names non poi>

No Elizabeth was a marijuana user yes, but she wasn't a hard drug user,(in past yes) but years sober on her own. She was working on trying to get on her feet when this happened. Shes a good kind hearted person who'd been a domestic violence victim in the past. This case is mishandled big time without any urgency to solve. Her and her child could be held captive if not deceased. Her children love her very much and get only crime was being too poor to raise them. She is my friend, she was not perfect but a decent heart. Please keep an eye out for any pregnant unidentified as I am new and am learning the ropes. Thank you, oh and Also the "cruelty" was the house was too hot in the summer and she couldn't come up with the money to fix the air conditioner.

Would her being a possible drug user made some sort of difference with her disappearance? Many people worldwide smoke marijuana. She wasn't a hard drug user, she is a victim. Her and her unborn child. Even if she was completely hooked on drugs id still wasn't to see her found. But she'd never ever leave her children alone. She was a mother first.

It’s just another angle. Trying to think what else may have happened to her. For example did she owe money to someone? Or in some kind of debt to someone? I would like to know more about this boyfriend.
