Terminal cancer patient pranked her husband by making him promise to water their plastic plants when she died (and he took care of them for years before realising they were fake)


A woman has revealed how her fun-loving late mother played a hilarious prank on her father from beyond the grave.

Before Phedre Nicol lost her battle with cancer in November 2013 she made her husband Nigel promise to water her plants after she was gone.

The doting husband, 79, kept his promise by keeping them alive and healthy, only realising that they were plastic years later.
