BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD Authorities are asking for help identifying a woman found wearing a sundress and tennis shoes at a bus stop in Baltimore County this week. She has a tattoo with the initials "P.H." inside a heart with an arrow on her upper left forearm. Police said the woman has been mostly non-communicative in the two days since she was taken to Northwest Hospital.

She is described as a black woman of small stature who is approximately 115 pounds and about 25 to 35 years old.

Police said medics were sent to a bus stop at Essex Road and Liberty Road around 6 p.m. Tuesday for a woman shivering in the cold, wearing only a sundress and tennis shoes, who was nearly hypothermic.Police said when they arrived, the woman was unable to answer any questions or identify herself.

Police said after two days she still remains unidentified and mostly non-communicative. She appears able to speak, stating "I don't know" when asked who she was, police said. Doctors at Northwest Hospital and Medical Center said they have not been able to determine any possible medical reason for this.

Police said she was wearing a brightly multi-colored sundress with tennis shoes and had a black fleece Columbia jacket with her, but she was not wearing it.

Anyone who may recognize her or who has any information on her identity is asked to contact officers at the Woodlawn Precinct at 410-887-1340.

She looks quite young to me as well. That being said, people also thought I was a teenager up until I was about 31. Maybe she knew how old she was?

But unless I'm mistaken, the teen went missing the day AFTER the unidentified woman was found. I wonder if they could be wrong about which day she left and the day reported is actually the day she was REPORTED missing and not when she left home? :thinking:

At first when I pulled up the thread from the missing teen in CT that was linked, I thought No when I saw the photo of that beautiful very dolled up girl. But... When looking at older photos from the FB and Twitter accts that were shared in that thread from 2014/2015 where she is younger and not wearing a lot of/any makeup, I definitely see a resemblance! Definitely in the lighter nose discoloration at the tip and upwards a bit towards the bridge of her nose and also her eye placement.

The dates don't add up though. But you could be right about date missing vs date reported!

I came across this girl who is 15 and she was missing from Pennsylvania since Jan 18 2018.. Aminda Gallagher.. she looks a bit heavier in the photo but then again who knows when it was taken.. Also the UIDs photo looks like one of those selfies taken from above that make everyone look thinner.. and lastly not sure about the missing girls ear.. looks a little different.. but I thought I would post anyway

both ears pierced twice (UID missing lower portion of ear lobe)

I think that looks very much like her. Closer than any other suggestions and the age range is right. You should submit her!
