She was reported missing on October 30, 2007, when she was 27 years old. Investigators believe she was last seen four days before on October 26, 2007, near the Clinton Highway Walmart at around 12:30 p.m. When she disappeared she was approximately 5’3 and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Stoddard often went by the nickname “Shelba” and had a tattoo of a skull on her left bicep.

The events surrounding her disappearance remain unknown and while there is no definitive evidence to indicate foul play, investigators say her extended absence is a minimum cause for suspicion.

Difficult one indeed. Surely investigators reached out for public assistance 14 years ago. Maybe someone's memory will be jogged loose with this latest media report. Let's hope. I wonder what she was doing on the occasion of her last known sighting on the 26th October?
 

Stoddard was last seen at the Walmart store on Clinton Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee at 12:30 p.m. on October 26, 2007. She has never been heard from again. Authorities stated that although there was no evidence of foul play in her disappearance, the extended passage of time without contact has given them cause for concern. Few details are available in Stoddard's case.
