Arturo is a 20 year old native man from El Paso, TX who had recently gone to California to pursue a music career. He has brown eyes and long brown hair and is last seen in his last instagram selfie carrying a black backpack and wearing a cream colored sweater and sunglasses with white frames.
According to his mother, he was mugged in Santa Monica shortly before he disappeared and lost his money, wallet, ID, shoes and jacket.
He was seen in LA walking cold and shaking on Jan 16th by two men who bought him coat and shoes. Arturo went back to Santa Monica on the 18th to look for his things.
LE cited him for sleeping on bench on 1-19-2018 @ 5:30 am
Arturo was in touch on daily basis prior to January 9th which is the date of his last social media post. It is unknown if he had the means to contact his family or if his phone was stolen.
