Found Alive FL - Melissa Devaney, 45, Gainesville, Feb 2018

Gainesville police are searching for a missing suicidal woman.

45 year old, Melissa Devaney, is homeless and has been reported missing. Friends of hers have told police that Devaney expressed a desire to go into the woods, and end her life.

She was last seen leaving a bus near 1800 NE 12th Avenue. Police are searching the area and are also asking the public for help.

Melissa Devaney, who was missing and feared suicidal, checked herself into the Meridian Crisis Stabilization Unit today. She was reportedly living in the woods in a different area than reported. Thanks for all of you that shared.
