Timothy Patrick Cullen has been missing since Jan. 22 when he was seen at his residence. He is diagnosed with Autism and police say there is concern for his well-being.

Okay so per the article his car was found with a ticket on it. The car was later moved, with windows part way down, and no ticket anymore.

Someone in that apartment complex has to know something. Are there any cameras? Have they questioned the people that live there? Even if it's just somewhere to keep the car, maybe someone saw who was driving it or moving it..

I wish there was a little more info to go on about him and the days before his disappearance.
 
Largo police seek person of interest linked to missing man

LARGO — Police are searching for a person of interest in the January disappearance of a 24-year-old man.

The missing man is Timothy Patrick Cullen, 24, who Largo police said was last seen Jan. 22 at his home in the 500 block of Seventh Ave NE. His vehicle was later found in Clearwater.

The person of interest Shaine Donovan Roberts, 32, who Largo police described as armed and a "known gang member and drug dealer affiliated with the Crips."

Roberts was the last person to see Cullen, police said, and left Florida after he went missing. Roberts was last seen in Lithonia, Ga., which is about a 30 minute drive east of Atlanta.

Roberts is known to drive a white older model Audi with Colorado license plate OYH-943 and two black doors on the driver’s side. He has been seen with a Glock handgun and a rifle in the car. He is not currently wanted on any charges, police said.

Anyone who sees either man, has information about their whereabouts or Cullen’s disappearance is asked to contact Detective Chris Berard at (727) 586-7480 or call Largo police at (727) 587-6730.

Me too. That‘s why I posted the obituary (it‘s definitely him).

Police doesn‘t seem to know why they shot each other.

I have not been able to find any info as to how they might have known each other, other than LE’s statement, “Roberts was the last person to see Cullen, police said, and left Florida after he went missing.”

I just hope that there is someone else out there who knows Timothy’s whereabouts (e.g., Roberts told someone, someone else was involved, etc.), so that his family can bring him home. I wonder how LE know Roberts’s was the last one to see Timothy. If it’s based on information from someone, then that person may have additional informatio.
 
This case infuriates me honestly. I have autism myself, high-functioning just like Timothy and the same age he would be right now if he was found. Unfortunately, I think he is dead. No matter how social someone with autism can be if they cope with it well, social cues are something we always get off. And I bet this gang member/drug dealer guy knew that and took advantage of him. I don't know what the situation was but regardless, I think he killed him and disposed of the body somewhere and then abandoned his car. Just disgusting.

I doubt he would have been able to hide the body if he acted alone so he had to have had some help.

This is even more of a reason not to associate with people involved with gangs and drugs, especially if you have autism which affects your way of thinking and how you interact with people.
