Kayla Timmons was last seen by neighbors sometime around Feb. 6 in Marion County. She's believed to be with a man she is dating, 34-year-old Adam Laurich, and traveling in his 2005 Ford F-150 crew cab pickup truck with Florida tag CCX0454. They were known to be in the Palatka area in Putnam County about 1 a.m. on Feb. 12.

Timmons' family received a text message from a phone number believed to belong to Laurich, which has led the family to feel that she may be in danger.

Timmons is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Laurich, 34, is a white male driving a 2005 Ford F-150 Crew Cab FX4 pick-up truck with the tag number CCX0454. MCSO says the truck is possibly lifted.

Laurich's last known location was Palatka on Monday, February 12.
Timmons' family received a text message from a phone number they believed to belong Laurich. The text message led Timmons' family to believe she is in danger.

Timmons has also been with medical conditions that require medication.

The man she was seen with has family in Illinois (Chicago and elsewhere). His wedding was in one of the local papers a few years back. http://www.warriorswatch.org/?p=3601. They could have left Florida, though records show his address is Orange Park. If you go to the Marion County Sheriff's Department official FB page there is a photo of his truck.
 
MarionCounty records show a woman named Kayla Wade Timmons, same, height, age, residential city, and weight, was arrested on out of country charges and booked into Mario County (FL) jail in November. Misdemeanor charge. No court record showing outcome so she may be out on bond. Mugshot strongly resembles her with the exception of the hair is colored quite dark (and does not look like natural color).

I'm pretty sure that is her. I wonder how long ago the picture used for her missing post was taken.

If the above is more representative of how she looks now it would be a better picture to use. JMO.
 
She doesn't look well in those mugshots. There appears to be bruising around her nose in the first one. Worried for her. :(

PLEASE SHARE!! UPDATE: Detectives have now obtained a picture of Adam Laurich's truck that he and Kayla might be driving in. Due to new information, we also believe they may be in the area of the Disney resorts in Orlando, Florida.

FB edit on above link says: UPDATE (2-16-18)- Detectives now have reason to believe that Kayla and Adam are in the Tampa Area. Kayla is still considered Missing Endangered.

I would venture to say either they are now estranged or divorced. I personally feel Kayla doesn’t want to be found. It almost appears to me as if they are on a vacation driving to different theme parks; only time will tell.

The 948.06 is with regards to the Florida law provides that a revocation of probation is appropriate when a defendant violates “in a material respect.” Fla. Stat. § 948.06. Appellate courts have further added that “[p]robation may be revoked only upon a showing that the probationer deliberately and willfully violated one or more conditions of probation.” Steiner, 604 So. 2d at 1267 (citing Chatman v. State, 365 So. 2d 789 (Fla. 4th DCA 1978)).

Failure to comply with probation could results from several actions such as another arrest, not making required reports or not completing required substance abuse treatment.

Upon the revocation of probation or community control in Florida, the court may impose any sentence which it might have originally imposed on the offender at sentencing. Thus, the defendant may be sentenced up to but not in excess of the statutory maximum penalty for the original offense at issue.

Kayla was released on bond after the December 2017 and is awaiting trial according to the information in her mugshot in a previous post. I checked Brevard County records (their website has a search engine for electronic court records open to the public) and her case has NOT gone to trial.

Some of the "danger" referenced may be her medical issues, but could not she get a prescription refill from another location of her pharmacy? That's something that could like be checked.
